JUNYANS RECOVERY PROGRESS II

heres day 12 post surgery.

i didnt really expect that drastic change from this surgery but he actually looks better than what i expected! but it is obvious that his nose and one side of his face is more swollen, and his smile is quite crooked because he "does not know how to smile anymore". nvm can slowly learn!



and this is day 17



lost quite a fair bit of weight, look at how skinny his legs are! his swelling is going down at a slower rate now but i believe he will look good in 6 months time!

junyans recovery progress

hi guys! the worst is over and junyan is recovering well. ok to those people who said i exaggerated a lot on junyans condition, i did not. what happened was - you all may not know, but for all his life before this surgery, he breathed through his mouth, never once through his nose. he also has sinus problem so if you are close enough with him, you will notice that he does that "blowing nose" thing a lot, and its freaking irritating.

his surgery - oral maxillofacial, lefort 1. he also cut the inside of the nose wider to allow him to breathe in more air. the surgery was a success, and after it was over, he realized that he could not breathe at all. this is a jaw surgery, so naturally his mouth was made to shut to somehow prevent it from realigning it to another wrong position. also, one of the side effects after the surgery is having lots of phlegm in your whole nasal passageway, and that was what happened to him. he could not breathe through both his nose and mouth, so just picture yourself submerged in the swimming pool - how does that feel?

when i visited him in the hospital, he was having a hard time breathing. when he breathed, i could hear the "mouth gargling" sound, so every time he breathed, its like as though he gargled his mouth another time. the whole night he was in pain but there was nothing i could do to help him except to stare at him helplessly, trying his best to breathe. :'(

i asked him many times before the surgery if he would regret this decision, like even if he gets slightly disfigured, he always said no. but at the hospital, he for once, said that he finally regretted it, because he was afraid that he would stop breathing ........... you know how some people forget to breathe? especially overweight people.. yah including me, i sometimes forget to breathe too. so i understand how this feels LOLOLOLOL ok im fat. so the first night he was placed in the high dependency ward so that the doc and nurses could monitor his condition every 15 mins

but now he is recovering well! just chilling at home everyday

his bands are removed now and he can speak already. and he wanted me to buy some kfc over just so he could smell it. but he secretly ate some of my zinger double down. horrible guy ahhahahahahahhahahahahahahaaha

Cheesy birthday preparation

Hello cheesy, sorry for not turning up for your 21st birthday chalet! Maybe axy didn't pray hard enough for me to get well soon hahhahahahahahahhahahaha

So..... I met up with cheesy ytd to get all the things needed for her party because she was doing everything on her own. And she was telling me the experience of driving Glenda's car freaked her out. HAHAHAHAHA. I think the problem doesn't lie with her. CONFIRM IS GLENDA DAMN IMPATIENT HAHAHA

I asked her if Glenda taught her anything, she said she only passed her the key and she was to drive on her own. She didn't even adjust the mirrors and seats!! So I slowly took her out from her trauma and taught her slowly on how to adjust the mirrors, what she should be able to see..but I realized we both around same height so no need to adjust anything HAHAHA. Then I taught her how to park and how to judge better, but it started raining and I couldn't even see anything let alone her. So after checking the weather nowcast and realizing pasir ris wasn't raining, we went over to the chalet first. Checked in and let her drive around the carpark. And I think she made a very huge improvement!

Then we went to eat and came back to the chalet and talked about everything on earth.. Till around 12am+, the bedroom door suddenly opened on its own. WE. WERE. TOTALLY. FREAKED. OUT.

My whole head filled with OMFG WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW. TAKE MY PHONE AND BARGE OUT OR HIDE UNDER THE BLANKET. HAHAHAHHA then Glenda walked in slowly like a boss. -.-

I wanted to leave when Glenda arrived but we were talking about things like religions and illuminati and I was too scared to go back alone -.- then we played guitar and sang and it was 2am+ already yay I no need to go home liao -.-

Then I thought I should just stay till 5 and bring Glenda to the airport then go home. Seems like the most legit plan lor. Then we went to buy McDonald's and let cheesy drive out from the chalet to ehub, this Glenda really last warning HAHAHA

she so noisy saying this and that and cheesy was panicking like mad and she was laughing and trying to tell us something and I was trying to be louder to tell cheesy what to do and then the whole car fucking noisy and nobody was listening to anybody HAHAHAHA

I think her trauma came back already LOLOLOL and after the McDonald's we went back to the chalet to do up the decoration. And I think we damn fail. Our purpose of meeting up a day before the celebration is to decorate the place but we wasted the entire day taking and doing stupid things HAHAHA. We were rushing out the backdrop for her photo taking session and had to leave already.

After seeing the pictures on instagram, I think her party was successful. So happy for her. And this will conclude that I will not be having any birthday party because its a lot of work and I want to enjoy my birthday, not get bogged down by all these things!

Spare a thought for others

I really regret letting junyan go for his surgery. I knew it was a major surgery but I didn't know it was THAT major. I just want to say, before y'all laugh and poke fun of someone else's physical appearance, look at yourself first. You are not perfect too, and you wouldn't be happy if someone makes fun of your flaws day in day out. What makes you think that he is ok with all these teasing and insults? What? Fuck NS okay. His call sign is what, jaws? Wtf? Y'all think its very funny meh? Yah go laugh it through I call you small dick you happy? Why do you all think its ok to make fun of someone's physical appearance when you obviously know that it's not something that they choose to live with. You think before we are born we are given options to select our features meh? Then why didn't y'all make yourselves better looking? I almost lost my boyfriend today because YOU ALL (yes everyone of you who laughs at him) think its funny to laugh at his flaws. Just because he doesn't cry or whine about it means he very ok with it? He is willing to sacrifice losing his feelings on parts of his face just to get this corrective surgery done, just so you all could shut up and think he's ok looking. I hope after his surgery y'all can just stop doing this to him already. It's not easy for me to handle all these now because I am still having my final exams and suddenly I have fever, stomach flu and period all at the same time. I REALLY CANNOT ALREADY OK. PLEASE. IF Y'ALL ARE HIS FRIENDS. STOP DOING THIS TO HIM ALREADY. It hurts me fucking badly to see him in this state now and I am so worried that he may stop breathing in his sleep tonight.

Fear

In 7 hours time, junyan is going for his surgery. Idk how nervous he is but I am damn scared of losing him. I don't want to end my bb paper to find out that he's gone?? His surgery is classified as a major surgery and I'm fucking scared something will go wrong??? I know a lot of people think I'm paranoid but he has some heart problem which I forgotten the term already, only know it happens to 2% of the population in the world, and therefore he couldn't donate his own blood before the surgery. It sounds like he is too unfit to go for the surgery but I want to be supportive of his decision because he is having a lot of problem with his underbite now :(

I am having fever and stomach flu again and I'm trying so hard to sleep early for tomorrow's paper but I can't help worrying about him. I really don't know what to do with my life without him you know?? Whatever I'm working hard for, will be deemed useless if he isn't here anymore? I want to get good results, secure a job, earn enough money and start a family with him. What's the point of living if he's gone? Do all these with some other guy? I cannot lor. I can't bring myself to do it knowing that we didn't break up on bad terms or anything, everyday is like the peak of our relationship and I don't want my world to suddenly come crashing down? Everyone around me has their own lives even though they say they can be there for me, but it's just different. Does anybody understand? He is my best friend, he knows all my secrets. He is my boyfriend who loves me like I'm the only person existing on earth. He is my everything?? I have never feared losing a boyfriend this much, but today I admit I am fucking scared. I hope his surgery will go well and he will be happy with his new look in a month time. And he will never have to eat his burger upside down.

axy birthday

i initially didnt go for her birthday because i had no money to eat with them, but after their dinner they wanted to go to b&j for ice cream so i thought i could go chill with them. to hitch a ride from glenda, i sprinted ALL THE WAY to holland v within 9 mins. buona vista mrt to holland v mrt i think got 1 km ah! much better performance compared to running in sch, maybe we should do this more often. HAHAHAHA









went over to harrys for some drinks and played games. so damn glad that i went cuz it was a very very fun night!

marcus birthday party

i honestly think marcus party is one of the best cuz it was not awkward at all! usually 21st birthday parties are quite awkward cuz they have their family members there.... their friends whom you have never seen before..... then you have to quietly find a place to sit down and fade into the background. oh and eat. hahahaha but i think his chalet is too damn nice so + 100 points! had a lot of fun at his party!















we went over to playnation at around midnight after the cake cutting session. ppl sitting in my car were junyan, me, melvin, ben, axy and singh. junyan drove. melvin in front. singh behind junyan. i was in the middle. ben on the left. axy on bens lap. and ben was like.. "petrine do you still remember our phuket trip, you sat on my lap on the cab? you were so heavy sia omg. axy on my laps like putting one bag on me only." HOLY SHIT. fail clubbing/supper at swee choon

we wanted to club on fri 26/4 but we didnt know there was an event! the citibank quota was reached before 1030pm! we didnt want to spend $50 to club so we went for supper at swee choon instead, bumped into nigel! got time for supper no time for gf ah somebody. lololololol





then we went to marina barrage and surprisingly many people there at night. mostly couples lah great spot for dating and moon tanning. then we decided we should go there in the day for picnic, and soo.....

we were only supposed to take 1 cup per queue, but the queue over at dempsey was soooo short! hahaha you see everyone going for the second round with the ice-creams on the hand, so yup we monkey see monkey do! we love free things!!

hello all. last saturday, me and junyan went down for free (keyword: FREE) drive in movie at f1 village (venue will keep changing i think), beside the singapore flyer. this is a fortnightly event and to my surprise, so many cars were already there 1 hr before the movie started! this is like a honda sponsored event, so if you drive a honda you get the priority to food queues and maybe vip seating? not sure about that, but any car/van can turn up for the event!



the entrance! you will be asked to wind down your window and the person will tell you where the toilets, food and drinks stalls are, and the radio frequency you need to tune into. then they will signal and tell you how to park and position your car properly.



the view from our car. luckily the cars in front of us very considerate never open their doors, if not sure kena blocked! the two cars beside us opened their doors throughout the show sia i think the people at the back sure cannot see properly. there was a car who parked with the backside facing the screen and they opened their boot and sat there. idea man!



the number of cars at around 7pm when the movie starts at 8pm. i think around 200-300 cars turned up!

anybody watches the channel 8 9pm show on weekdays? i only like the 1386 part because she reminded me of myself... i acted the same way as she does (she has depression cuz shes in a stressful environment caused by mainly herself) and i was so crazy. i am so glad that i am finally out of that state thanks to my bf! he always stuck by me even though i pushed him away more than 10000000000x and i every now and then chu new stunts one. one moment generalized anxiety disorder, then depression, then family problem, then money problem, then school problem, then another 100x more problems. poor him. problematic girlfriend. HAHAHA

CNY day 1

i think that cny is getting more and more boring lor.... and i think almost everyone agrees. went for visiting at my paternal relatives houses with my parents and my stupid bro said he wanted to sleep in, so we brought ranger along. i brought him along so it would be less awkward for me in front of my relatives like i can pretend i am so damn busy with the dog and have no time for socializing you know..... HAHAHA then my mum whispered and said good job, bring the dog means we can come home earlier because ranger needs to eat and shit at home.... HAHAHA *HI 5 MUMSTER

CNY day 2



too lazy to go visiting so after junyan was done with his, we went to vivo city to shop.. SO HAPPENING AGAIN! FLOODED WITH PEOPLE LOR.. i think after bringing in a lot of foreign talents singapore is no longer like a ghost town cuz these people usually dont need to go for visiting cuz their hometowns are so faraway i think? in a way its good cuz soon more shops will be open on cny and there will be more places for us bored singaporeans to go... and disclaimer ah, I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST FT.

i know i am always very dulan and asking people (who also agree) to sign the petition against the white paper, but i have nothing against ft. if theyre here already, so be it! i am only against bringing in MORE ft when singapore is already so densely populated. maybe i should talk about this more in another post. shall carry on with my cny post.. HAHAHA

ok so i rmb on this day, i had a huge fight with junyan, and to "punish him", i made him accompany me go daiso. HAHAHAHAHA he damn scared i go daiso cuz i spend hours looking at the same things every time... and i visit daiso every time there is one in the mall and never leave till 2 hours later.. HAHAHAHA I AM SO EVIL

CNY day 3

i went over to bai nian at junyans place and ate lunch and louhei with his family. actually sometimes he talks about how he feels broken that his family isnt complete and all... i honestly think his family is freakin funny HAHAHAHA. his grandma says the bird nest hamper was given by a suitor who chased her for 40 years and she still didnt want to accept him...... HAHAHAHA

his cousin also ai mei already put make up and feeling shy and all and totally reminded me of me! when i first put make up, everyone kept going like WOAH PUT MAKE UP LIAO SIOL.. walao these people dont understand how paiseh it is one lor....... HAHAHA then his cousin shy away and hid herself a bit... that was me a few years ago. LOLOLOL.. and now its like bitch please, nobody cares about whether i put on make up or not. HAHAHAHA

we went to bugis to shop at night and played arcade. junyan was telling me that when he plays the car game (idk what its called i very arcade noob one, not daytona its the one with shift stick) with his guys, they only play manual because they are so zai like that. then he also added on saying that they even placed bets prior to playing so he always won because he didnt want to lose money.. woah sounded damn zai right..... then when we played, WALAO BITCH LAH HE. HAHAHAHA I TOTALLY THRASHED HIM. but at the same time there was this small boy playing with us and we both got thrashed by him. HAHAHHAA i think he sure thinking we damn newbie.... LOLOLOLOL

CNY day 4

time for junyan to book in but he booked out early for his dental appointment. his jaw operation is almost fixed! tentatively its gonna be on 8 may this year! i am feeling very excited for him although i dont think he will look very different after that. but well..im happy as long as he is!

went over to school to exercise (ITS BEEN SO LONG HAHAHA) and guess what.... we were only at our half round and it started pouring... and i managed to complete 1 round cuz i had to run to take shelter LOLOLOL (i think without the rain i sure stop at my half round HAHAHA). then we did some statics (3 sets of 15 push ups, 30 crunches, 15 leg raise) and then pack up go home HAHAHAHAA. i was telling him if boyang saw what we did he sure laugh until teeth drop... i think what we did not even counted as warm up to boyang HAHAHAHA

but we already tired like dogs so came back to my house, and he bai nian and got ang bao and then we just fell asleep. LOLOLOL TOO TIRED ALREADY SUMPA. i sent him home at 8.30pm (i usually send him home at 11.30pm) cuz he said he had a lot of things to do.....

in case you lost track of date and time, CNY day 4 is 13 feb.

he went home and after awhile he told me that he quarreled with his grandma because she disapproves of his jaw surgery and he wanted to get out of his house.. but my bro drove away the car so i couldnt pick him up. he then told me he was cabbing down to my place and told me to meet him downstairs... i was so worried lor.. thought he cried or what, then he came and was like SURPRISEEEEEEE. I LIED TO YOU. AHA. -.-



THIS IDEA I SAW ON TUMBLR BEFORE..... HAHAHA HE SO MAINSTREAM! but so many chocolates i like! ^^

HERE COMES THE EPIC PART....

when i went home, i put this board on the floor and went to bed. ranger came into my room and started plucking out the hershey kisses chocolates (the one on the heart shape) to eat! my dad got a fright and told him to go out (cuz dogs cant eat chocolates right?) and he also one kind.... see me sleeping already keep asking me "girl this one your project ah?" *never reply cuz sleeping already too tired to reply* my dad dk how to auto a bit and repeated "girl this one your project ah" *never reply again cuz a bit paiseh to say its a vday gift* "girl ah this one your project ah??????" *breathe hard close eyes face him thinking walao why i already sleeping you still always talk to me like this* "girl ah......" *wake up and dagger stared at him with my eyes closed*

HAHAHHAHAHA srsly... every time also like that one. sometimes at 1am he will come into my room and start asking unimportant questions when im already sleeping and expect me to know what hes saying when im like 90% asleep and dk what is going on in this world.... glenda, does your father do this? HAHAHA

VDAY

I MUST BLOG ABOUT VDAY THIS YEAR cuz we didnt do anything special and memorable i scared if i dont blog i will forget what happened today HHAHAHAHA. we went to justacia to eat and talked for a good few hours and went home. HAHAHAHA we dont actually only do that on vday..... going to justacia to eat and talk is like a weekly affair.... we are so boring and mainstream.... HAHAHA

guess what i gave him for vday!!!!!!!!!!! confirm nobody will guess correct one cuz i gave him.......
